Hi, I’m Leah!

The Center for Connection and Wellness in Nashville, TN, was created by Leah Lennox in 2016 with the goal of helping people to identify their feelings, manage their circumstances, or understand their behaviors in the journey towards positive change. Leah’s dream was to eventually grow her practice and build a well-rounded approach to therapy alongside an experienced, caring team with various specialties. In 2019, Leah’s dream became a reality with the inauguration of a new space where she and her team strive to provide therapy in a comfortable, client-first environment. We specialize in working with children, teens, parents, and families as they focus on growth and healing.
